1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 747link (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or notices published on the 747link platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 747link.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 747link platform, close your account if one exists, and refrain from registering a new account. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 747link, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for gambling in the Philippines is 21 years, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1602 and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3. You must not be classified as a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 above.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 747link or any of its related entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration on 747link requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. 747link reserves the right to require additional documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any stage of the account lifecycle, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 747link login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 747link will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 747link support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

747link processes all transactions in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash — instant processing; minimum deposit ₱100
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant processing; minimum deposit ₱100
• GrabPay — instant processing; minimum deposit ₱100
• QR Ph — instant processing via Philippine QR payment standard
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay) — near-instant processing; minimum deposit ₱100
• CLiQQ (7-Eleven) — over-the-counter cash payment; processing within 30 minutes

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited to your 747link account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. 747link reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

747link does not charge fees on deposits processed via GCash or Maya. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside 747link's control. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits credited to your account are immediately available for wagering, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification (government-issued ID and selfie submission) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 banking hours.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 747link may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all 747link promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
2. Standard wagering requirements on deposit bonuses are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
4. Bonuses are issued to accounts in good standing only. Accounts under investigation or suspension are not eligible for promotional credits.
5. 747link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice to players.
6. Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using 747link promotions, or coordinated bonus abuse by multiple accounts — constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.

7 Fair Gaming and RNG Certification

All games available on the 747link platform — including live dealer games, online slots, bingo, and table games — are operated using certified fair-play technology. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use PRNG algorithms that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to confirm statistical randomness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures.

Live dealer games at 747link are operated from professional broadcasting studios. Physical playing cards, roulette wheels, and dice are used, and all dealing procedures are monitored by studio supervisors and subject to PAGCOR oversight protocols.

7.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of any technical malfunction affecting game outcome, display, or the integrity of a Wager, 747link reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original Wager will be payable in such circumstances. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 747link will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected players within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 747link platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or attempted registration by any Prohibited Person, including individuals under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one 747link account, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of automated play on the 747link platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, platform glitch, or error to obtain an unfair advantage or extract funds.
• Using 747link for money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Accessing 747link from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

747link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party acting on their behalf.
• Direction by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is a Prohibited Person.

Upon account termination for a material breach of these Terms, 747link may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination occurs without fault on the part of the Player (e.g., in response to a valid self-exclusion request), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming

747link is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 747link provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.

• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 747link platform — including but not limited to the 747link brand name, logo, interface design, game content, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 747link or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 747link platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 747link content without prior written authorization from 747link. Unauthorized use of 747link intellectual property may constitute infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747link shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the 747link platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance downtime.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors (such as GCash, Maya, or banking institutions) that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 747link's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes concerning the validity, breach, termination, or enforcement thereof — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first submit a written complaint to 747link's support team using the contact details provided in the account dashboard. 747link will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through 747link's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators.

14 Amendments to These Terms

747link reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification on the 747link platform and/or to your registered email address or mobile number, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 747link following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and the return of your Real Money Balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

15 Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between You and 747link with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure by 747link to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it preclude 747link from enforcing that right or provision on any future occasion.

15.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
